Step 2: Package Your Items
Once you receive return authorization, carefully package your items in their original condition. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via standard shipping at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality standards our customers expect from premium intimate apparel, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Erotic collections and intimate products for health and safety reasons
- Items from Collections that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear
- Products where hygiene seals have been broken or tags removed
We carefully inspect all returns to ensure they meet our quality standards. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
